About Me
Muhammad Adeel Javed
I started my journey not in a boardroom — but on the ground.
When I co-founded Pakistan Citizens Alliance (PCA), it wasn’t just to start another NGO. It was a movement born out of empathy — to rebuild lives, educate children, and inspire youth to take ownership of their country’s future.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across humanitarian relief, education, and youth development — training thousands of volunteers, leading flood response efforts, and building The Lyceate School, a purpose-driven learning space for underprivileged children in Lahore.
Today, my mission has evolved — from doing the work myself, to equipping others to do it even better.
I now dedicate my time to training, consulting, and teaching — helping changemakers, leaders, and nonprofits design strategies that create lasting social impact.
